Don’t complain. Be the change…
(WARNING this blog post is longer than usual and not meant to offend anyone)
The reason why Blacks Must Vote are the same reiterated reasons that our ancestors have been fighting for, and trying their best to instill in us since they were FIRST granted the opportunity to freely voice, that is was their right to vote just as it was everyone else’s. This right that I am speaking of is known as the privilege of electing public officials, whose sole purpose SHOULD ONLY be to improve the quality of life in our communities.
Although there hasn’t truly been a clean bill in the past 80 years, I still have hope that some of these people who run for office do it with the willingness to actually put in the real work needed to make our communities a better place. This work that I am referring to ensures that ALL (children, men, women, elderly, poor, rich, homeless and mentally ill) have the same quality of life as those who pockets bleed generational wealth. Understand and realize that this privilege called generational wealth allows them to look down and judge those who have not had the pleasure to experience a life outside of what their neighborHOOD has to offer.
I recently circulated petitions to get on the ballot for State Representative of the 32nd District. It was and is purely about the seat and only with the intentions of serving my communities. My background in policy has taught me that this role will allow me to provide them the resources and opportunities that I know can only stem from public policy creation/change. The job of an elected official is not easy, but we have to elect those who truly understand the issues that only minority community’s face and someone who is willing to fight for all communities to be thriving like those North of Roosevelt Rd.
Yes I was scared, but I was also following the lead of someone much more important than me. It was the best experience I’ve had since starting my business and taught me that the constituents are ready for a change just like I am. It also taught me that He has given me a glimpse of the path He wants me to take, but now it’s time to focus on the plan of action.
Before I decided to make my community a better place by preparing to run for State Representative, I was working on educating my people on the importance of voting through an initiative called Blacks Must Vote. Yes I know that “all” people must vote and “all” votes matter, but the purpose of this campaign is to bring awareness to the importance of voting for the improvement and advancement of our under-served communities.
Starting in 2016 Blacks Must Vote will not only register people to vote, but it will also educate minority communities on candidates who are running and host events that promote active involvement in all election seasons. The passiveness of our elected officials/politicians provide more than enough reason of why WE have to be the change that we want to see in our communities.
You see I wake up every day to find solutions to the issues, as opposed to just sitting around and complaining about them. You’re the problem if you rather complain than do the work desperately needed to make our communities better.
The power is in voting; It’s a reason they didn’t want us to have it then and its a reason they are taking advantage of us still not using it today.
“For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope…”
KJV Bible Verse Romans 8:24
*I wrote this on the night the LaQuan McDonald video was released, as I watched social media post statuses about their outrage and all I could do was cry as another mother had lost her child to an officer that is paid to protect and serve us. My condolences to the McDonald family and all loved ones of the 427 other lives lost to gun violence in the streets of Chicago this year alone.
Statuses and interviews don’t change the consistent attack on people of color; individuals who are willing to put in the work and fight for equality through organized initiatives and education do.
Make the Decision to Be Great…
I often talk about stepping outside of your comfort zone to see what blessings are in store. The reasoning is because I don’t think we (myself included) understand the beauty of the unknown that is waiting to welcome us with open arms. Life is surely a roller coaster that does not give you a warning for every obstacle that is going to come your way, so we can only have faith and patience that reminds us troubles don’t last always.
Nothing about life is perfect, but you only get one and we are the only determining factors as to how great our lives will be. So BE GREAT! Why not? Why shouldn’t we be?
Step into the unknown speaking and praying positivity into the universe. We can’t allow life to slow us down from being great out of fear of failure. Seeing as though it brings us a step closer towards the right direction, the art of “failing” should be nothing but motivation to keep us going.
Keeping in mind that change equals growth, in order to be great you have to step outside of your comfort zone and walk in purpose. Through this faith walk, we will then have the ability to create a legacy that brings generational wealth to our families.
My life is not perfect, but I am walking in faith and purpose. My trials and tribulations do not define me because the road less traveled will not be the easy one. There are lessons to be learned and each new lesson learned allows me to leave another one of my comfort zones behind. We are all meant to be great. Speak it into existence, pray for daily guidance regarding your purpose and have patience knowing that whats for you is for you.

Your Network Should Help You Build Your Net Worth…
I recently had the opportunity to be the Event Planner for Family Christian Health Center’s (FCHC) 15th Anniversary Celebration. The event was hosted by LaRoyce Hawkins from NBC’s Chicago PD at Tall Grass Arts Association in Park Forest, IL. It was truly a success and exceeded all of our fundraising goals.
I was able to secure this awesome event due to a recommendation from the amazing Kelly Fair of Polish Pebbles. Through a simple email introduction, she fostered a new long term relationship for my business and, for that, I am grateful.
When you understand the reality of your network being your net worth, only genuine and humble individuals are within the circle you call your associates/friends. Everyone in your network should be working towards their individual purpose driven goals, while empowering your ideas and sending collaborations your way.
There should be no envy in your network, because only those who work as hard as you will actually survive. Others will be envious of your growth, instead of focusing on theirs. They will choose complacency rather than moving forward.
I wrote a previous blog sub-titled “I only grow apart from those who don’t grow.” Honestly, I can’t be stagnant. I don’t understand what it is or how people accept it. I will never judge another for their complacency in life, but I will not drown in it with them. We should always keep God-fearing positive individuals around us to accompany us on this purpose walk.
This experience has granted me the opportunity to appreciate the fact that I have an awesome network that is helping me build my net worth. If Kelly would not have taken the time to virtually introduce FCHC and myself, I would not be able to talk about this event today. Frankly, Forward Planning would not be where it is today if it wasn’t for my network. Surround yourself with like-minded people who want the best for themselves and you. Support them and they will support you.
“Surround yourself with only people who are going to lift you higher. Life is already filled with those who want to bring you down.”

Allow your faith to be greater than your fears…
I recently celebrated my 1 year anniversary for Forward Planning and as I approach my 1 year “blogiversary” for Forward Fridays, I am more than grateful to reflect on my journey of making my passion my paycheck through staying focused, and continuing to walking in purpose.
In the midst of trying to make your passion your paycheck you will be dealt unpredictable trials and tribulations that the enemy will throw your way to take you off course. If every day is a new opportunity to move forward, then why are we not prepared to face the new challenges of each day as well?
Seeing as though nothing is promised in this life and the only thing you will ever be known for are the actions you choose to take, there are no room for excuses!
Don’t worry about the thoughts, whispers or gossips of other people who are irrelevant to your personal purpose. Wither the storms of life while staying committed to growth. It’s easy to make excuses, it is more of a challenge to find the solution and move forward. Remember wherever you are in your life is where you choose to be, so when you make excuses about life you’re not hindering anyone but yourself.
The ability to live life abundantly will not just be handed to you. You will have to work for it and keep working towards it each and every day. I’m not in the same place I was last year and although I’m grateful for this year’s growth, I will be in a better place next year; mentally, physically, and in my business.
Making your passion your paycheck is more about the growth and development of us as individuals living this journey we called life, and not allowing our fears to be greater than our faith.

Failing to Succeed…
In some way, shape, form or fashion there will always be a storm before attainment of any accomplishment. We have to hustle every single day in order to achieve genuine happiness and the life that we want to live. In order for us to fully appreciate an abundant life there will be some minor failures along the way.
The purpose of these failures are merely to learn the necessary lessons. We have to learn to use these experiences to our advantage and not ponder on the negativity that they bring.
I have so much respect for individuals who were not handed everything on a silver platter and actually worked for everything that they have accomplished, because it’s something special about the grind before the achievement. In order to reap the fruits of true labor you have to experience just how imperfect life can be.
Each day brings new challenges, but it also brings a new opportunity to keep striving towards the greatness that we each are destined for. We can choose to look at the glass half empty or half full, but the train of thought that we keep is what really determines how soon we will achieve the things that we strive for daily.
“Focused. I’m a hustler and my hustle is trying to figure out the best ways to do what I like without having to do much else.”
Nothing is Impossible…
Nothing is impossible has so much more meaning than what we give it. It really means that there is nothing that is impossible to accomplish here on this earth. We wonder why those who have been game changers were able to succeed and others still haven’t, take a look at their journey and their determination to succeed. They did not allow fear to overbear their faith.
Nothing about life is easy, but also please assure yourself that because of that statement nothing in life is impossible. Life was not meant to be easy and no matter how much I try to plan out my life, I am consistently reassured that I am not in control. I have to place my energy, thoughts and emotions on the fact that another day that was not promised has been experienced.
The premise is not only to experience it, but also be productive in it and not allow fear to slow you down.
Keep chasing for better and striving for more; each day. Each day is a new opportunity for us to NOT be afraid of success. The only thing that holds us back from being better is ourselves. Don’t be afraid to be successful because nothing is impossible.
“There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve; the fear of failure.”
Mastering My Fate….
Keeping in mind that no other person than yourself is responsible for your destiny. Don’t complain about your situation or compare yourself to others in resentment and in a jealous manner. Misery loves company, so don’t allow the issues that life throws at you to keep you down. It’s one thing to be pushed down by life and it’s another to stay down!
We are the Masters of our fate and captains of our Souls. Therefore we are the determining factors of how genuine and humble our Souls are and what each of our spirits individually reflect. We are steering this wheel of life and are responsible for staying in our own lane with the persistence of find our individual purposes.
Be confident and focused in all that you do. Don’t allow fear to drown your purpose. We all have a purpose in life and in order to find our purpose we have to understand, and accept that we are not in control. You have to follow the lead of the Man Above and trust that there is a reasoning behind each trial and tribulation.
Learn the lessons associated with your downfalls and remain humble as you patiently await the next blessing that is in store. Life can only be enjoyed by those who give praise in moments of triumphs AND tribulations.
“I am the Master of my fate, I am the captain of my Soul”

Working Like Puff to Shine Like Diddy…
October 1st marked the beginning of the fourth quarter of year 2014. As this resonated with me, I took a look back at my goals to be accomplished before the end of the year and quite frankly I was very proud of myself. Although there has been some downfalls and tribulations that have come my way this year (and I know there are a few more coming before 2015 arrives), I have been able to progress and succeed through them all. In the words of Alfred from Batman, “we fall so we can get back up.”
Therefore I am more focused on what I have accomplished and giving myself credit for not allowing the trials of life to hold me back. So in this fourth quarter of 2014 it is time to acknowledge what our persistence and determination has allowed us to accomplished, as well as hustle harder to ensure that we finish the year satisfied with ourselves. If at this moment you are not satisfied with yourself, do something about it; there is still three months left!
“Everybody wanna shine like Diddy, but don’t wanna work like Puff.” 2015 is less than three months away. What will be your next milestone in life? Do not allow the fear of success to hold you back from accomplishing anything in life. In this fourth quarter of 2014, how hard are you going to grind to make sure your satisfied with yourself?
At the end of the year Facebook creates a video for us about “my year in review.” I challenge you to focus on making a list of your 2014 accomplishments and acknowledge your successes. It doesn’t have to be anything you post, but use it as a stepping stone for accomplishing more in 2015. If you don’t encourage yourself, who will? Stop comparing yourself to these celebrities and focus on how you can be as successful as them. The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary.
The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack in will. “
Surrounded by Nothing but The Best…
The focus and premise in life is to grow and master every aspect of it that is important to you. They always tell you to be the best you can be and that the best is yet to come, but how can you experience it if you are not supported and surrounded by the best people. The best people are those who are like minded individuals that want to see you grow and prosper at the same pace as them.
If you’re not growing in life, then what are you doing? What’s the purpose? Where’s the expectation for greatness and the determination to chase after it with the anticipation of KNOWING (not hoping) you’re going to make it? You have to push yourself to grow in the direction of achieving your fullest potential. Who you are today will not be the person you are ten years from now and that’s a good thing!
Why would anyone want to be surrounded by individuals who are stagnant? If they are not growing with you, then they may have ulterior motives that don’t have your “best” interests in mind. Seeing as though I want to be surrounded only by genuine and humble individuals, I only need the “best” people in my life. These are the people that I support and help grow into their best potential because I know that the purpose is for us all to live life abundantly.
With that being said, you should only grow apart from people who don’t grow and don’t feel bad for doing what’s best for you because the people you surround yourself with are a direct reflection of yourself. Be inspired and be powerful.
“People inspire you, or they drain you. Choose them wisely.”

It’s only time….
Time is the inextricable measure of all things. In that, all things on some level are defined by time. How long has it been here? How long will it be here? How long will it take to get there?
Yet time, as a defining quality is also defined by he or she who records it. The beginning, the ending and everything in between is marked by the occurrence of dynamic events at certain points on the scale of time that make time relevant. The dawn of time is relevant only because things began to happen, had they not what good would time now be?
The happenings in one’s life are not made manifest because time exists to record it, but because we exist and are the authors of our own narrative. What we do matters so much more than when we do it. However, because the breadth of time has swallowed some whole they then tend to depend too heavily on its abundance; we may become apprehensive and see time as a cruel master that is not on our side.
It is simply that there is a time and season for all things, yet all things come in their own due time. Though it is inevitable that time encompasses all but God himself, He is merciful and has accorded us the divine authority to take our time, that which He has given us, to make our lives happen.
Achieving Economic Development through Sustainable Development…
We need to leave that crabs in a barrel mentality behind and focus on building each other up. What we have to realize is that our people, our culture and our communities are a reflection of each of us. So if we do not make the effort to build up one another and invest in each other then we suffer as a people. If you don’t take the time to shop at your local businesses or get involved in your neighborhood nonprofit organizations, then who will?
My issue is that no one wins when we tear each other down. Life goes on whether or not we work together to address the issues that we see surrounding us. Change does not come from you constantly complaining about the issues to others. Change comes when like-minded individuals come together and strategize the endless possibilities that their knowledge, resources and network combined could bring to address the common issues of our communities.
Long story short, it’s called ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT and could simply be accomplished on many different levels if we came together to build each other up instead of tearing each other down. It can be accomplished if we focused with less individualism and put more structures in place to create generational wealth for ALL! This ideology is known as sustainable development.
The end result of us not working together is only a reflection of our current situation of being stereotyped and ridiculed; not only from others, but also from our own people.
“Sustainable development is the pathway to the future we want for all. It offers a framework to generate economic growth, achieve social justice, exercise environmental stewardship and strengthen governance.”
Take the Advice You Give….
It is one thing to give out advice and it is another to take your own advice. We are all quick to provide someone a solution to their problem, but if we are dealing with the same issue we find ourselves dumbfounded as to how to address the situation. I can provide motivation and inspiration every Friday, but if I am not applying it to my own life then what is the purpose of giving advice.
Your attitude determines your direction in every aspect of life. If you do not have a positive outlook on life then the direction in which you are traveling may be more stagnant than others. It is the same irony of looking at the glass half empty, rather than half full. You will never be able to enjoy the many pleasures of life if your attitude is not aligned with your aspirations.
I am often caught between a rock and a hard place mentally, because I over analyze everything. Then in the same breathe I give advice to my loved ones about letting go of that stress in prayer and through faith of knowing that it will all work out the exact way it is supposed to (talk about contradicting huh?). I realized that I need to take the advice that I dish out because my attitude determines my direction and how everything in life will fall into place.
Every glass that I see is half full because none of these days that we are still living and breathing was promised to us. This faith walk is no walk in the park, but I know that if I keep an optimistic and confident attitude then I will be bestowed with a positive and enlightening direction.
“The possibilities of your motions and emotions are dictated by your actions and reactions.”
The Road Less Traveled…
The issue with many when it comes to achieving their goals and facing the fears that hold them back is the road less traveled. This is the road that many come across, but fail to reach the finish line because their faith was not bigger than their fears. If all things happen for a reason, then why wouldn’t each opportunity for growth be meant for you to take advantage of it and evolve in the most unforeseen ways?
Taking the road less traveled means leaving every thought of regret behind, and following the lead of the most high. You cannot worry about the “what ifs” and you also cannot wait for everything to fall into place without putting any effort forward. The road less traveled is a realization that progress towards your goals is taking place each and every day, but it requires constant dedication and an unwavering Job like faith. Remember faith without works is dead!
The other week our motivation was “the breakdown before the come up” and we learned that in order to experience the come up then we have to stay focused on our faith walk. It more than likely will not be the same road traveled by your family or friends, because it is the road that will provide YOU with opportunities that pave the way to live life as abundantly as you please. No I am not telling you that the road less traveled will be easy, but I am more than sure it will be worth it. Follow your passion because that road leads to your destiny.
“Two roads diverged in a wood and I… I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.”
The Breakdown Before the Come Up….
In order to move forward in life you have to know that you will have to endure trials on a regular basis. These trials are meant to grow and develop you into the person that you’re ultimately meant to be. We can never be perfect, but we should strive each day to be a reflection of His image. There will ALWAYS be a breakdown before you receive your blessings; it is only meant to make you more humble and grateful once they are received.
While going through the tunnels of life you have to see the light at the end of each one and focus on it. What we FAIL to realize is that in reality we are always going through a tunnel because every day brings a new challenge different from the day before. The purpose of each is to learn a lesson and mature our perspectives of this thing called life.
What we MUST realize is that it’s our job to learn from our mistakes so that we no longer make excuses for them. If a person continues to make the same mistake over and over, it is then developed into a learned behavior that they have adapted and accepted as being a image of what others think of them.
Learn from your mistakes and not burden on the trials that are meant to make you strong. You will have to pass these test that were only created for the purpose of you developing into a humble and grateful individual. If there was no rain then you wouldn’t appreciate the sunshine.
So, be prepared for the breakdown and the attacks from each angle possible by staying focused on your faith walk, as well as every single thing you are striving for. Remember the dream is free, but the hustle is sold separately. Don’t get discouraged! When the breakdown occurs increase your expectancy of the joys that life has to offer.
“Faith is why I’m here today and faith is why I made it through.”
-Johnathan Anthony Burkett
Become an agent of Social Change…..
Until we change our behavior, the issues that we have with the world we live in will remain the same. You cannot complain about social change and not be the force to make it happen. What good does your complaints about the education system, violence, or poor leadership do for anyone if you are not willing to become an agent of social change and make a difference?
Don’t just complain about it, do something to change it! The issues of our communities are the issues of each and every one of us individually. We have to invest in the neighborhoods where we reside in order to see them prosper and grow. If we do not invest in our local businesses or the youth of our community we will continue to remain stagnant in the mere possibility of growth, as we wait for someone else to come and fix these issues.
The only driving force that can make a difference in these common and constantly escalating issues of our surroundings are the people who experience them every day. And, YES, I am referring to you!
The same interest and investment you put into your career and life is what you need to put into your surroundings. Become an agent of social change that doesn’t just criticize, but actually works with others to make the social and political issues that you have identified a priority. Each person has to take responsibility and work towards making this world, this city, our communities, our neighborhoods and our standard of living better in EVERY aspect.
The ultimate end of all revolutionary social change is to establish the sanctity of human life, the dignity of man and the right of every human being to liberty and well-being.
Comfort Zone Issues…
We as people need to learn how to step outside of our comfort zone. If you never step out on faith then you will never know what accomplishments can actually be achieved. It goes back to being afraid of that thing called change. We know that we want better in life, but the fear of actually achieving it is what holds each individual back from making their dreams become a reality.
There is one difference between you and Beyoncé or Oprah or Michael Jordan; CONFIDENCE. They had the confidence to face their fears and make their deepest desires become the life that they live on a day to day basis. Yes, you are comfortable where you are in life, but a year from today you should not be wedged in that same comfort zone. There should be a list of new endeavors that you have accomplished from now until next year.
Stepping out of your comfort zone means to become an agent of social change and not only work towards your individual progress, but also the progress of your community/neighborhood. Complaining about growth and reform does nothing if you are not one of the people working towards implementing change. Take advantage of every opportunity and don’t allow the fear of being taken out of your comfort zone halt your progress.
Last week we learned that change means progress and there is nothing wrong with individual positive change that has the potential to influence those surrounding you. Don’t allow your comfort zone to stagnant the growth of you or your community. Step outside your comfort zone today and acknowledge your accomplishments from this time last year until now. Are you satisfied with what you have done?
If not remember every day is a new opportunity to move FORWARD! Start today!
“Comfort is your biggest trap and coming out of comfort zone is your biggest challenge.”
It’s inevitable! It’s not a matter of if, but when…
Success is inevitable if you stay focused on your grind and humbled in all that you do. Everybody wants money, but everybody does not have the ambition to make it a reality. Some people cannot seem to fathom the fact that disappointments prepare you for the blessings and accomplishments to come. Some don’t understand that failure is not an option (FINAO) and others just won’t accept that in order to be successful it takes hard work, dedication and growth that can only be achieved through change.
Change is the one word that makes people shiver when mentioned. They feel as though they have no reason to change and they are content with things the way they are. Although, every week they are complaining about some aspect in their life that they wish was better; this can be related to their health, income, personal life or just life in general.
Just as success, change is inevitable because in order to achieve different outcomes you have to adopt better approaches and be open to the possibility of positive growth in life.
All inevitably successful entrepreneurs and professionals understand that the only way to grow in their life, health or career is to CHANGE. Yes I do mean to actually change who you “think” you are in order to evolve into the person that you want to become! This can be accomplished only through the actions of growing positively in every aspect of your life. We are constantly provided opportunities to grow within ourselves that lead the way to inevitable success; it is our choice whether or not to take advantage of those opportunities.
For these types of individuals it is no longer “a matter of IF, but WHEN?” When will she/he make their next power move, their next big announcement or take advantage of their next time to make a difference through empowering others. These are the people that I recognize as FORWARD Planners!
We need to support one another and never view each other as competition because it is enough capital for us all to live life abundantly. Be open to change as well as growing mentally, spiritually, financially and in health.
“The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking.”
― Albert Einstein
You Are Only As Good As Your Team: Introduction to FORWARD Fridays (Part 2)
The goal is to make our passions our paychecks and until we release this crabs in a barrel mentality we will continue to remain stagnant as others around us continue to progress. I do not think of any man or woman as my competitor. We are all children of God that were created for a particular destiny and to carry out the many missions of His plans. Therefore the purpose should be to uplift one another and help each other grow towards their individual passion and purpose.
We cannot have the “break each other down to build each other up mentality.” People of color already have it difficult due to the lack of resources and opportunities available in our communities. With that being said, it should be each persons intention to uplift, empower and assist one another because it is enough money in this world for us all to live life abundantly!
The purpose of FORWARD Fridays is to represent the same message that I am demonstrating through FORWARD Planning; we are only as good as our people and those surrounding us. Do good unto others and good will come to you! If we don’t help each other who else will?
I want to empower entrepreneurs, grassroot nonprofit organizations and small businesses to grow and achieve their long term goals and vision. I am an agent of social change and I believe with all sincerity that it is possible for us all to successfully achieve our goals and aspirations.
So again, I say welcome to my blog that is somewhat resourceful, somewhat uplifting and somewhat opinionated towards my beliefs with the goal of bringing you closer to your personal passion.
3 Things the FORWARD Fridays Blog Vows To Do:
Highlight businesses, nonprofits and entrepreneurs who are doing the ground work to reform our communities.
Spread resourceful knowledge about positive things taking place in the City of Chicago.
Empower all readers through spreading knowledge, inspiration and wisdom every Friday.

A New Beginning: Introduction to FORWARD Fridays (Part 1)
Although it’s Thursday every day is a new beginning to move FORWARD in life. You don’t have to wait until Monday, or News Years Day or the the first of the month. Each day that we are able to experience is a new opportunity to work toward any aspirations, dreams or goals that you have ever created.
The FORWARD Friday’s blog is designed to provide you with the encouragement and affirmation that every day (especially Friday’s of course) is a new beginning and an opportunity to work towards accomplishing your dreams. These dreams could be targeted towards improving your health, wellness, career or social life; but they often get pushed to the pile of things to accomplish tomorrow and when tomorrow comes they get pushed to next week.
Life gets rough because IT IS SUPPOSED TO! If we never experienced the trails and tribulations then we wouldn’t appreciate the sunshine as much as we do. All you have to do is continue your faith walk and everything else will fall into place.
With all of that being said, you will come to see that this blog is roughly about 200 words of resourceful, uplifting and opinionated thoughts where my purpose is to empower each person in their professional and personal life through providing wisdom every Friday. These blog posts will encourage you to stop procrastinating (because we all procrastinate) and focus on moving forward in life! The real question is are you ready to move FORWARD today???
I created FORWARD Planning because I want to empower nonprofits and individuals through helping to assist them to grow and foster into all they have aspired to be. It’s enough capital for us ALL to prosper. I just want us to experience the best that everyone says is yet to come actually transform into a reality.
The goal is to make our passions our paychecks and until we release this crabs in a barrel mentality we will continue to remain stagnant as…. (to be continued)
